Nurse speaks about drug dependent newborns during conference

Molly S. McMillion, a registered nurse who specializes in lactation, Lamaze, tobacco treatment and community psychiatric supportive treatment, told conference attendees that it's difficult to pinpoint the exact number of babies born with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome in West Virginia.

Mental health concerns discussed at forum

Dr. Janice Seleckman discussed the many mental health issues from which students of all ages suffer and told attendees that nearly 10 percent of high school students across the state have attempted suicide.
